Please remember schedules and plans are subject to change dependent upon assemblies, drills, teacher absences, and other occasional circumstances.
Because each of my students has an individual plan, some of the students are served in the regular classroom setting and others come to the resource room for part of their instruction.
If your child is served in the regular classroom setting, please refer to the gradelevel lesson plans. For instance, if your child is in Kindergarten, and served in the regular classroom, refer to the Kindergarten teachers’ lesson plans.
If your child comes to the resource room for some instruction, look for the grade level and subject area here. For instance, if your child is in third grade and comes to my room for writing, you will look for the ‘third grade writing’ lesson plan each week. I will not be identifying students by name.
For the weeks of Aug.16-27
I will be finalizing student schedules and introducing myself and the exceptional student’s assistant, Mrs. Shirley Meredith, to the children. I will begin by working with each student to determine their instructional level and appropriate instructional materials for the subject areas we will be working on together.
Students who are coming to me at this time are bringing their work from the regular education setting to complete with me.
